Park Falls:  69-year Old WIS 182 Bridge Replacement & Detour Scheduled to Begin Next Month The WIS 182 bridge will be replaced with work scheduled to begin in May.  An information meeting will be held on May 3rd.
U.S. Hwy. 8 Improvements Scheduled Work to improve several miles of US 8 between the Jump River Bridge in Catawba and Lustila Road in Brantwood has been scheduled.
Fab News for the School District of Phillips On April 25th, Governor Scott Walker and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) announced that 21 school districts throughout the state have been awarded a total of nearly $500,000 in grants to establish or expand local fabrication laboratory (fab lab) facilities.  The School District of Phillips is one of the recipients, receiving a $25,000 grant.
