The Wisconsin Finance Leader is a vital member of the site leadership team, and is a co-pilot to key busienss leaders. This individual is responsible for the financial close for Wisconsin and all of its international locations, including review of financial information for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and internal policy. This person is responsible for general accounting areas of a traditional manufacturing setting, performs complex financial analysis to drive key business decisions, and works collaboratively with senior leaders on forecasting and financial planning. A successful candidate will fully utilize analytical skills to interpret financial results, and in the area of process development and implementation. This individual also assists with special projects in the area of financial and data analysis, and reviews financial analysis developed by the broader organization. The Wisconsin Finance Leader reports to the Director of Finance, BWP-North America based in St. Louis, MO.
